PERNILLA
Pernilla is a 3-thread wool yarn in 100% pure, new wool. The wool for Pernilla comes from Peruvian highland sheep, which are a cross between corriedale and merino. The sheep graze in the Peruvian highlands, which contributes to the wool's characteristic fullness and beautiful softness.
We use the same wool for our Peruvian.
Pernilla is worsted spun, which means that the yarn is round and extremely regular. This gives a nice stitch definition and makes Pernilla ideal for twists, structured knitting and multi-coloured knitting.
Pernilla is suitable for all kinds of knitting and crocheting projects for children and adults, as well as for quilting and felting.
Mulesing is not used on the Peruvian highland sheep.
