Yarn is only exchangeable if manufacturer defective.
All exchanges must be within 90 days, or within reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email including your name, receipt number, product name, and reason for exchange. Please also stipulate whether you would like the exact same product in exchange, or a variant. Cosy Yarns is not responsible for the shipping cost of product exchanges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, include your amount of store credit.
